AAU offers new program for finding local Teams and Players...

The National AAU organization has recently kicked off a new program to help those athletes find local teams. What you have to do is register your child via their web site and that's it. Pretty simple. Then the various AAU coaches have the ability to see those kids that are local to them that are searching for teams. So, if you are a local coach, this is another way for you to seek out new players that might be in your area and haven't been able to hook up with a team. Just follow this link to our Teams, Leagues & Tournaments page and you'll see how to get started, either as a Participant or a Coach.

Speed and Agility program has now started!!!

Our newest program has kicked off with a bang! The reviews are already coming in and everyone is really enjoying the program. It's designed to isolate specific muscle groups to increase quickness and explosiveness! Be ready and show up willing to work hard, because we're going to push you through a good workout every time you come in.

All the coaches are VERY EXCITED to see the growth in the players that are now using this program and just how much of a leap it's going to bring to their game... Check out the Calendar and Locations, under the Quick Help menu above, to see when and where these training sessions are being held. If you have any questions, just let the Director know.

Regular Scheduled 1st & 2nd grade classes have begun...

We've started offering a standard time for our 1st & 2nd grade classes. These are now being offered on Tuesday nights (6:30pm) in conjunction with our regular Elementary classes. The 1st & 2nd grade class will have their own coach and will participate in their own area in the gym.

The class structure includes most of the same types of drills, just toned down to fit their abilities. If you have any questions about this, just let the Director know.

T-Shirts still on sale...

Our T-Shirts are still own sale. If you've not had time to get one, just let the Director know and we'll set one aside for you. These are High quality T-Shirts with our new slogan on the back. We've tried to make these very affordable for everyone to get, with the cost being $10 per T-shirt. Help show pride in what you are doing to improve your skills...

If you are interested, just speak to the Director at one of the training sessions. We currently have a good selection of sizes available...

Also don't forget our Referral program. Some people are saving a lot of money with their referrals.
